Some customers may not have land and may need assistance finding a lot to build their home. If your land selection has been made, one of the first things that we will do is visit the homesite with you. This is an important first step in the home building process because we can make specific recommendations about home type and the orientation of the home on the site. Also, we may identify any potential issues that may be associated with your homesite.

Planning and Design

The next step is to decide what type of custom home best meets your wants and needs. If have a plan in mind, we have a wide selection of home plans. If you have an existing plan, we can modify at your request. Then there is always the option for us to design one from scratch for a truly "custom" experience. After the plans are made for your home, we will be able to provide you with an estimate of the cost of construction. You will begin the process of deciding what type of financing you will need.

Financing

Financing the construction of your custom home is an important step in the home building process. From obtaining a construction loan, then to obtain permanent financing on your loan RGS Builders will be available to assist you in anyway possible. In the past we have worked with several lending institutions and would be happy to refer you to them.

Construction

Now we are ready. After your plan is finalized and you have financing in place, it's time to start construction on your home! This is an extensive process and unique to your wants and needs. Therefore, we will always make time to sit down with you to discuss all the details of your construction process.
